How The Salem Foundation Began
Founded in 1930 by the Board of Directors at Pioneer Trust Bank, The Salem Foundation has a long history of serving the greater Salem community. Donors to The Salem Foundation share a common purpose of making a difference, locally to benefit Salem and its citizens.
The Salem Foundation is classified by the IRS as a public charity and is a flexible vehicle for donors who want giving to impact their local community.
